Upgrade your 2010ï¿½2024 Toyota 4Runner with the C4 Fabrication Overland Series Rear Bumper, a full-replacement rear bumper engineered for serious trail use, overlanding, and expedition builds. Designed specifically for the 5th Gen 4Runner, this bumper delivers maximum rear-end protection, excellent ground clearance, and multiple swing-out configurations while preserving a clean, integrated appearance. C4 designed the system as a no-cut replacement bumper, so you can add serious steel protection without permanently trimming the factory body.

The main bumper structure is heavily reinforced with internal bracing to reduce twisting and sag when the swing-outs are open and fully loaded. C4 also uses a highly adjustable mounting system that allows the bumper to be positioned in multiple directions during installation, helping achieve even body gaps and proper alignment with the 4Runner's rear body lines. Lightweight steel filler panels mount below the taillights to complete the finished appearance.

One of the biggest advantages of the Overland Series design is its configurable swing-out system. Choose the base bumper with no swing arms, a half-length passenger-side swing arm with tire carrier, a single full-length passenger-side swing arm with tire carrier, or dual swing arms with tire carrier. The swing-out system accepts tires up to 35 inches and uses a heavy-duty anti-rattle latch design to reduce movement while driving. Each swing-out variation also includes a convenient camp table, CB antenna mounting holes, and zip-tie tabs for routing accessory wiring.

Multiple accessory mounting patterns allow the bumper to be configured for overland and recovery gear. Compatible accessories include RotoPax containers, MaxTrax recovery boards, Hi-Lift jacks, jerry cans, antennas, and other trail essentials. C4's available RotoPax/MaxTrax combination mount can support up to two 4-gallon RotoPax containers and four stacked MaxTrax boards while still leaving room for the vertical Hi-Lift mount.

The bumper includes a license plate mounting kit with light and retains rear camera functionality. When the optional bolt-on hitch is removed, C4 states that the bumper provides its highest-clearance rear bumper configuration for the 5th Gen 4Runner. Depending on the swing-out configuration, total bumper weight ranges from approximately 160 to 235 lbs.

Available in raw steel or powder coat, the C4 Overland Series Rear Bumper gives you the flexibility to choose the finish that best matches your build. Raw steel versions must be painted or powder coated before final installation to prevent corrosion.
