aFe Track Series Red Kevlar Carbon Fiber Cold Air Intake System w/ Black Pro 5R Filter

Designed from the ground up for the 2025 RAM 1500 RHO, the aFe POWER Track Series Air Intake System delivers uncompromising performance, cutting-edge materials, and factory-level fitment. This intake is purpose-built to unlock the full potential of your high-output Hurricane engine with increased airflow, refined aesthetics under the hood, and weight reduction.

Massive Performance Air Filter.
At the heart of this system is a specially engineered, high-flow conical air filter designed exclusively for the RHO platform. With a large, 360-degree radial flow design and deep pleats, this filter offers maximum surface area to trap dirt while maintaining unrestricted airflow. Built using aFe POWERs pre-oiled Black Pro 5R media with five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media for maximum performance. It provides your engine with the largest amount of high-flowing air and delivers the highest power gains in most cases. This media is perfect for street and/or track use.

Lightweight Carbon Fiber Intake Tube
The Track Series cold air intake features a 100% carbon fiber intake tube thats both lightweight and strong, optimizing air delivery to your engine while reducing heat soak. Weighing 6 Lbs less than the factory systema 38% weight reductionthis intake not only improves performance but also contributes to overall vehicle weight savings. The tubes precise geometry is tailored to the RHOs engine bay for seamless integration. Constructed from twill weave carbon fiber and finished in a rich matte coating, it perfectly complements the factory trim under the hood, adding a premium, motorsport-inspired touch to your RHOs engine bay.

Durable XLPE Housing
The air filter is protected by a custom-molded housing constructed from cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) for superior heat resistance and long-term durability. Designed to isolate the filter from hot engine bay air, the housing ensures cool, dense air is fed directly to the intake systemimproving throttle response and overall performance. It installs cleanly into the factory location with no modifications required. The factory seal trim is seamlessly transferred to the aFe POWER housing, ensuring a clean, factory-style finish.

Premium Hardware & Seamless Fitment
Every component of the Track Series Air Intake System is engineered with precision, down to the hardware. It includes corrosion-resistant, black stainless-steel clamps with a matte tactical finishsimilar to high-end firearm coatingsfor a stealthy, rugged look. The kit comes complete with all necessary installation hardware, including a custom bracket to support the factory engine cover and secure all associated lines and harness. A flexible silicone coupling ensures a leak-free, vibration-resistant connection, even under aggressive driving conditions.
